- Create proactive service programmes e.g. preventative maintenance for your customers to buy based on the data you can collate
- Sell the data you’ve collected by to your customers that adds measurable value to their business in some way, shape or form
- Allow your customers to sell/lease the data and/or control of their finished hardware, off the back of what hardware you are selling them
