For this weeks TECHNOLOGY THURSDAY we take a look at the history of printed circuit boards. 50 years ago in 1971, Paul Eisler was credited with the invention of the PCB. His first PCB was created in the 1930s. What he developed at the end of the 1930s is considered a milestone for today’s mass production of radios, televisions, washing machines and computers, cars etc., in fact anything that contains a PCB derives from Paul Eislers invention.
