This space-saving embedded board with its i.MX6ULL processor by NXP, from the Cortex AT ultra-low-power class, as well as an extended temperature range is aiming at the market for applications with smaller display diagonals, such as 4.3-inch and 5-inch devices.
Alongside a wide range of industrial interfaces such as 100Mbit/s Ethernet, USB, CAN-Bus, RS485, RS232 and loudspeaker output, it additionally offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as options. Also included in the NALLINO is a microSD card slot. The wide-range power supply unit allows input voltages of 9V – 32V DC, which opens up opportunities for applications in many different environments.
The on-board display interface supports 24-bit TTL, meaning that control of both 4-wire resistive and PCAP touchscreens is possible.
Initially, the Linux Yocto operating system is supported, as UI-frameworks Qt and Embedded Wizard.
