Design teams are increasingly leveraging FPGAs to get to market faster, increase IP reuse, and even enable firmware updates on products in the field. In every system with an FPGA, logic executing on the fabric needs to interface with the outside world and whether it’s digital, analog, or RF I/O. Traditional approaches to testing these systems involve taking snapshots of data and bursting waveforms, but are those really the conditions these devices will see in the real-world? In this session we’ll focus on how you can validate your FPGA based data processing algorithms using modular FPGA-based instruments.
