Winstar has added a 128×128 monochrome graphic COG LCD module, the WO128128B. The dimensions of the display are 68.0x72mm and the Active Area size is 55.01 x 55.01 mm. The module uses the built-in controller ST75161 IC, which supports 6800/8080/SPI/I2C interfaces, a 3.3V power supply, 1/128 DUTY, and 1/12 BIAS.
This monochrome display can be operated at temperatures ranging from -20? to +70?, and its storage temperature ranges from -30? to +80?.
