In today’s Performance-, Reliability-, RF and/or EMC verification testing, software should be the key to simplify the process and optimize test- and test-preparation time. The software portion of any test system is easily overlooked. After all, the best software is one you hardly notice. Based on what equipment is available, calibrated and capable on the day of the test, the mixing of instrument brands is common in most test labs. As users expect testing without drama or complications, this means reducing risks by software flexibility is critically important.

In this presentation “Instrument agnostic software” will be introduced for applications as: “general control, radio, EMC, and reliability testing”. Examples will be provided for: “fully automated EMC/RF testing and Antenna pattern measurement (5G)”. Advancements in, and new applications for, vision recognition software will be provided to further maximize your test efficiency.
