‘I want to inform you about the upcoming International ESD Workshop IEW (May 17 – 19). This year the workshop returns to Tutzing, Germany (close to Munich).
As usual several topics will be covered including Automotive Applications, Design of ESD Protection Elements, EDA Tools for ESD, Electrical Overstress, 3D Integration and improved ESD/EOS Analysis Techniques.
