Managing high throughput mycotoxin analysis holds the task of cost-pressure, many analytes and high-regulated levels likewise. Time saving sample preparation by chemistry and a robotic system can serve. We show the sample clean-up and analysis of 16 mycotoxins simultaneously in cereals, nuts and dried fruits using CrossTOX® columns, fully-automated processed by the FREESTYLE-SPE-QuEChERS.
For high-regulated toxins, an increase of sensitivity for measurement in ppt level instead of ppb, based on low-cost LC analysis is shown. The fully automated protocol from sample to chromatogram on FREESTYLE-ThermELUTE™ system for aflatoxins, ochratoxin A or zearalenone with specific mycotoxin clean-up columns demonstrate analysis below baby food level.
