An effective fair through engagement
The Electronics & Applications and LabNL trade fairs are organized by FHI. Here the formula of an association is followed: the content, the message, the communication and the visitor acquisition are set up with members and exhibitors. The companies that are actively involved in projects and seminars also notice this in the number of visitors and leads around the fair. The activities around E&A and LabNL will be built up in the coming months. So now is the time to join in for both the collective success and your own effectiveness with the exhibition participation.
The exhibitors of LabNL are working together on a scientific program to appeal to the desired visitors with three themes. For example, lab optimisation, separation and detection techniques and life science will be discussed on the three exhibition days. The companies involved nominate speakers and can use this content to explicitly inform their desired visitors. This also has advantages before and after the exhibition participation.
Through involvement you offer personal, physical and online content to your target group.
We organize an online meeting per theme in mid-January, to jointly shape the themes. Discussions will take place via TEAMS at:
Tuesday 17 January from 2 – 3.30 pm: Lab Optimization
Wednesday 18 January from 10 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.: Life Science
Thursday, January 19 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Detection and Separation Techniques
Please indicate your presence via this form. Then you will receive a link to the TEAMS meeting from us.
Together we will create a powerful program for LabNL, so join us and think along! You can of course also register for the exhibition via the registration form.
Main reasons to visit a trade fair
For a visitor, a number of things are important for a successful exhibition visit. The top three:
- Gaining knowledge about products and services.
- Keeping up with innovative technological developments.
- The large number of suppliers / distributors & networks.
This knowledge helps us to set up a fair that closely meets the wishes of the visitors.
A visitor gains knowledge about products and services at your stand! Naturally, they also find innovative technological developments here. For this second point of attention, we also organize an extensive program with the three themes of lab optimization, separation and detection techniques and life science.
Register now for participation in LabNL 2023. In this way, together with all other exhibitors, you offer the visitor a wide range of suppliers and distributors for an optimal exhibition experience. You can register via the online form.
How is the exhibition floor plan divided?
The deadline for the first registration round for LabNL is Friday, March 3, 2023. If you register before this date, you will be included as an exhibitor in the first concept layout of the floor plan. This way we can optimally take your wishes into account. In other words: with an early registration you have a greater chance of getting your desired location on the exhibition floor.
The registered exhibitors will be the first to receive the concept floor plan. They then have the opportunity to respond to the proposed stand location. This way, registered exhibitors have more say in the designated location.
Of course, companies can also register as a participant of LabNL after March 3, 2023. However, the aforementioned advantages are then less concrete. The first draft layout will be sent to the registered exhibitors in April.
