Complete Battery Charging/Discharging Test System
The Itech ITS-5300 battery test system is an automatic test system dedicated to performance tests of power batteries (lead-acid batteries, NiH batteries, Li batteries, super capacitors, hydrogen fuel batteries, etc.). It can be used for testing the performance of hundreds of battery packs or 200 individual cells of hundreds of battery packs at the same time to adapt to batch test needs of the production line and greatly improve the test efficiency and yield of the production line. Changing test needs can be met due to the flexible step editing and multiple charging and discharging modes.
Modular design
The ITS-5300 battery test system is comprised of 1 or more power supplies, electronic loads, internal resistance tester, temperature data acquisition instrument and IT-9320 software. It breaks through the traditional testing system limitation, providing professional testing steps to improve testing efficiency. The system can be adapted to the customers current test requirements, but can also be easily upgraded when required.
