Small size, many characters for low-power hand-held applications

The  character display comes with 4×10 respectively 2×10 character. With its only 36x28mm it is extreme compact and ideal for 19″ racks e.g. with 1RU.
The character height may be changed by software (4×10 with small font resp. 2×10 with double height). For the first time now we also do offer a 3-color backlight with the colors white, green and red – changeable of course.

  • High-contrast LCD supertwist display
  • Optional LED backlight units in different colors
  • 4×10 character with 2.6 mm switchable to 2×10 with 4.55mm height
  • SSD1803A controller for SPI (2-/3-/4-wire) and I²C (2-wire) interface
  • Single power supply +3.3V (Typically 440µA)
  • Operating temperature range -20 through +70°C
  • LED backlight 3 through 45mA @ 3.3V
  • No mounting required, simply solder into PCB
