The World of Industry, Technology & Science is getting closer. In this email we inform you about the logistics process for the exhibition. Read this email carefully to prepare your exhibition participation as optimally as possible.
Construction and dismantling
The construction and dismantling times are classified in the type of stand construction. Keep this in mind in your schedule. Click here for the construction and dismantling times. During construction and dismantling days, you can park at a reduced rate of 50% at P2.
Loading and unloading
You need a time slot for loading and unloading during construction and dismantling days. Without a time slot you cannot enter the loading / unloading zone on the Jaarbeurs grounds. Pay attention! You can reserve a time slot from one month before construction. The Jaarbeurs uses a renewed system for this. You will receive more information about booking the time slots in August via a separate email. This edition, you can drive directly to Jaarbeurs with your time slot, instead of using the external buffer site.
The use of own forklift trucks is not permitted in the exhibition halls. If you need a forklift to drive the goods to your stand, please contact DB Schenker (fairs.utrecht@dbschenker.com).
Drop & Go service
Do you want to bring some boxes and other small material to your stand during the last construction day or the morning before the exhibition opening? You can only use the Drop & Go service on Monday 23 September from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and Tuesday 24 September from 8:00 am – 9:00 am. You deliver your stand materials at hall 10. The condition is that your colleague is there to receive the materials and bring them to the stand. After unloading you immediately drive off the site again.
Storage
DB Schenker is the official logistics partner of Jaarbeurs. DB Schenker provides transport, storage and rental of various materials such as pallet trucks, forklift trucks, etc. Do you want to use this? Contact DB Schenker at fairs.utrecht@dbschenker.com.
During the exhibition days it is possible to store your empty boxes and stand materials in hall 7 and 10. The exact location is indicated on the spot. This is an unguarded service, do not place any goods of value here.
Accessibility and parking
With a view to sustainability and road congestion, we would like to advise you to carpool as much as possible with colleagues or to come by public transport.
During the exhibition days, parking lot P3 is reserved for WoTS exhibitors, you pay the regular parking fee. P3 is next to Hall 7 and 8. During the exhibition days you can enter from P3 as an exhibitor / stand personnel until 9.30 am via the side door between hall 7 and 8. After 9.30 am you use the regular entrance of hall 8, 9 or 10.
Parking tickets can be ordered in advance in the Jaarbeurs webshop. You order a parking ticket per day. More information can be found in the webshop or on the website of the Jaarbeurs.
