With free stand construction you have opted for a stand location on the exhibition floor. You take care of the stand construction and layout of the stand yourself.
Stand-building regulations
In the case of free stand construction, it is important to take into account the stand construction regulations. The height of the stand and the layout of the stand space are bound to maximums and rules. Read this document carefully so that your stand design meets this requirement.

Request a dispensation
Send your stand design to the organization via info@wots.nl if your stand is higher than 3 meters.
Take into account the hall specifications for the hall layout and the stand construction regulations as mentioned above. FHI will review the stand design and then inform you about it.

Account webshop Jaarbeurs
Register to create an account or login with your email address and password, enter the correct stand number and order all necessities for your stand.
- Furniture
Order your furniture in the webshop of the Jaarbeurs. - Technical connections
No technical connections are included in free stand construction. Order electricity, water and / or compressed air in the Jaarbeurs webshop. - Internet
A 4 Mbps secured internet connection (WiFi) is included in the stand. Do you need an upgrade (wired) internet connection? Order these in the webshop of the Jaarbeurs.
