A production panel is a precisely cut base material that fits the PCB manufacturer's production machines exactly. The Eurocircuits production panels have a panel frame for tooling and quality check features and offer a maximum useful area of 580 mm x 425 mm for 0L, 1L, 2L and 500 mm x 425 mm for ML.
Several individual PCBs are arranged on this production panel (single PCBs or customer panels) and pass through the production process together. ?????? There are then two options: the bare PCBs are shipped to the customer after separation, or the items ordered with assembly go directly to our assembly department, where the customer panels take over the role of the production panels.
? In series production, one production panel usually contains all the same PCBs. In prototype production, we combine different PCBs/Customer panels with the same specifications on one production panel – this is called order pooling.
