World of Industry, Technology & Science offers solutions
Technological developments succeed each other rapidly. Social challenges, such as food safety, energy scarcity and labor shortages, require innovation and flexibility.
During WoTS 2024, exhibitors from the World of Industry, World of Laboratory & World of Electronics will show their latest technologies, innovations and tools to help you with these developments. Only together we can arrive at the best solutions. The WoTS 2024 gives you a complete overview of what is currently happening within the industry.
The most eye-catching innovations take a central place at the fair. During WoTS 2024, the HighTech Trophy will be awarded to the most innovative solution. Novelties from trade fair participants are assessed by a professional jury and by you. You can view the nominated novelties in the special gallery on the exhibition floor. The winner will be announced on Thursday, September 26.

Artificial Intelligence: take a look into the near future
The World of Industry Technology and Science (WoTS) shows the most innovative technologies live on the exhibition floor. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) seminar focuses on the role of electronics (hardware and embedded software) within AI. In addition, we pay attention to the application of AI in the manufacturing industry.
From September 24 to 27, the Jaarbeurs Utrecht will be the stage of the largest industrial trade fair in the Benelux: the WoTS 2024. In the extensive seminar program, innovation, creativity and industry join forces to show you the world of tomorrow.
Today there is an explosion of new applications in AI. The business community is now experimenting with generative AI: artificial intelligence that creates something based on an assignment.
This seminar is divided into two blocks. The first part focuses on the electronical side of AI. The second part bridges the gap to the industry.
AI requires enormous computing power. To achieve this, very powerful microchips have been developed. The first part of the seminar focuses on the development, production and applications of these microchips. The link is then made to embedded software that is built around a chip. Thanks to the software, a chip has a practical application.
The second part focuses on the application areas of AI. How is AI applied within the process industry and mechanical engineering? To answer this question, the seminar presents two concrete examples from the Industry.
Do you want to network more effectively? Visit a pavilion!
The pavilions at WoTS bring together exhibitors who are active in the same field. At the World of Electronics you will find the Test & Meet pavilion and the Development pavilion. While enjoying a snack and a drink, you can easily walk from stand to stand and brush up on your knowledge in a short time. Now that's efficient networking!
With striking, high-placed banners you can see from afar where the two pavilions are located on the exhibition floor in hall nine. We would like to introduce both pavilions to you.
At this pavilion everything revolves around testing & measuring electronics. A wide range of topics are covered: from functional testing for production to environmental testing and measuring wireless applications. So do you have to deal with test and measurement challenges professionally? Then be sure to visit the exhibitors at the T&M pavilion.
Developing custom electronics for customer-specific applications requires not only technical ingenuity, but also a creative mind. At this pavilion you will find exhibitors with recently completed projects. Both hardware and software solutions are discussed. View the latest electronical applications live and submit all of your dev questions to the exhibitors! Click here and find out which exhibitors can be found at this pavilion.
