Exhibitor registration
The registration for participation of WoTS 2024 started on Monday 2 October at 9 am. We use a new procedure for the layout of the floor plan, each exhibitor chooses his own stand location.

Register procedure
It is possible to register for participation as a company in the fair since Monday 2 October. The registration contains two steps:

Step 1. Choose your preferred stand location

1. Open the online floor plan
2. Click on the hall of your choice to open the online floor plan. At the top left you can click on the house icon to return to the overview of all halls.
3. Click on the stand location.
4. Fill in your contact details.
5. Submit the form.

You will receive a confirmation, or a request to choose another stand location if another exhibitor has booked the same stand earlier. We try to do this as soon as possible. But keep in mind that this is a manual process.

Step 2. Fill in the registration form
Complete your registration by filling in and sending the online registration form within 5 working days. You only make your registration final by submitting the registration form. 

The procedure is as follows:

• The exhibitor chooses a stand location online on the floor plan in the world that is appropriate for the business activities and books the stand.
• The stand location is only final if it has been confirmed in writing by FHI.
• It is not possible to work with options.
• If the registration form has not been received by FHI after five working days, the chosen location will be availabe again.
• It is not allowed to book multiple stands, unless they are actually purchased.

UPDATE HALL 10
Hall 11 of the World of Industry (manufacturing industry, OEM, mechanical engineering, engineering) is almost full! We may therefore expand to Hall 10.
Are you interested in a stand in hall 10? Send an email to info@wots.nl. Please let us know your preference for type of stand and stand size.

If we have received enough applications, we will contact you about the possibilities in hall 10.  

Participation in pavilion
We present the following pavilions in the halls:

• Test & Meet pavilion (World of Electronics)
• Development Club / IoT pavilion (World of Electronics)
• Instrumentation pavilion (World of Industry)
• Machevo Hotspot (for members of Machevo & Bulk)
• FEDA Lounge (for members of FEDA)

Do you want to participate in a pavilion. Then it is not necessary to book a stand location. You only fill in the interest form for participation in a pavilion. Click here to fill in the interest form.

Rates & registration
The participation rates for the different variants in standard stand construction and the square meter price (free stand construction) can be found on the website. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Additional company announcement
As an exhibitor at World of Industry, Technology & Science, you are entitled to be mentioned with your company name in the exhibitor list and on the floor plan. Do you have one or more fellow exhibitors at your stand? Then you can request an additional company announcement for this company/companies. The costs for this are €620 per company announcement.
