For years, the direct analysis of Glyphosate and other ionic herbicides like glufosinate, chlorate, fosetyl, ethephone, chlorate, bromide and maleic anhydride and their metabolites in one LCMS-analyses was hardly possible. Some of those compound needs derivative with for example FMOC. In the end, one needs 3 or 4 methods to do the measurements. With the method here presented it is shown that all of those herbicides are done in one LCMS-method of 15 minutes.
Required LOD of 10 µg/kg in food/feed or 20 ng/l in water can be achieved.
