During WoTS 2024 we are using a new system for visitor registration, but this is a familiar system to trade show organizers. Badge readers and/or tablets now are no longer required as the booth staff can use their own phones to scan visitors’ badges at the booth. They do this using the app. Visitors and exhibitors use the same app, but with different functionalities.
Using the app, you scan the QR code on the visitor’s badge. You can then make notes that you will later find in a downloadable Excel sheet.
